^ They're referring to open box returns, such as (for example) opening the box and returning It for a change of mind because you didn't like the colour.

Sorry I'm a confused.

If they do not allow opened box returns

If they open my box for some reason and find the cheaper phone won't they say I'm not allowed to return the real phone regardless of it was an accident saying that I opened it to put the phone in?

Hopefully these low paid staff leave me be then.
Thank you for your input though it's definitely a confidence booster.

It would've been more so concerning If It was In-store.

If they do open it according to support regardless of what's inside I'm cucked.
Very stupid logic considering they would have to open it but.  I have never really had good experiences with this company.

Nothing to be worried about and business as usual?

Hit em for an in store EB successfully recently. Highest value and fastest SE I ever did. Went smooth as silk. No bullshit like waiting around for carrier investigations that take weeks. Might have to go that route more often.  xD

Hi bud! I remember reading your thread… was this the Apple Watch your referring too?

I've just quickly researched their terms, and they do accept open box returns:

Quote:If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your item(s) needs to be:

Unused and with all original components
In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
In a resaleable condition
With its proof of purchase
With any free items that came with the product
Source.

Other sites state the following:
Quote:Can You Return An Opened Item To Argos?
The answer to this question is yes – you can return an opened item to Argos. However, you’ll need to have the original packaging, and any tags will need to be attached. You’ll also need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or email confirmation of your order.

Thank you for looking out.  I'm going to assume the reps were stupid then.

RE: Sealed box method - zinatron - 01-20-2023

In my country, invoices are generated for both local and online purchases. It's a problem for me when another buyer buys it. How can I overcome this?

They certainly were not the full quid.

My replies clearly confirm to the contrary of what the reps stated.
