The DPD driver knocked on my door but I didn't answer, just peeked out the window to see if he would leave my parcel at the doorstep but he went back to the van with it so I went outside but the van started to drive off as I approached it, ended up having to chase after him until he stopped on the next street. Explained to him I was on a call and couldn't come to door when he knocked, he gave me my parcel and to the best of my knowledge no picture was taken nor did he ask for a signature. I literally could of been anyone, even a photo or signature wouldn't be enough to verify the package got delivered to me as he handed it to me on a completely different street and didn't even see me coming out of my house.

I will contact Nike in the morning and claim DNA but surely there's no way they can possibly dispute my claim. Will just need to pray they don't ask for a PR.

Perfect to DNA It, namely because the package was handed over way beyond the boundary of your home.

Moreover, as you've stated, It could've been given to anyone other than yourself.

Received an email from Nike saying they tried to follow up this delivery multiple times, however as per their team the parcel was raised for investigation due to it being lost in transit.

They have asked if i would like a refund or a replacement, I obviously requested the refund.

This was a funny one, when I go on the Nike app my order status is still saying ‘dispatched’ and the tracking number the courier gave me doesn't even work. Real fuck up from the courier, basically SE’d themselves lol
