Morning , given the outcome with the DPD investigation, the are happy it was delivered correctly, they do not have to provide photo evidence that it was personally handed to yourself, they take an image of where it was delivered to, the image is below.
If you are still disputing this, please contact your local police and it becomes a civil matter, we will of course provide any information that they request.
they replied with this, yikes. any further steps? or should i back down?

It wasn't delivered correctly - If It was, you'd have the Item In your possession. They failed to fulfil their role as a carrier service to ensure the package made Its way to the "recipient" (yourself) by personally handing It to you. Given they're so sure of the package making Its way to the correct recipient, photographic evidence of that must be provided.
Be sure to reply with the above details.
