Amazon remain firm with their request, and the claim will not move forward until the PR Is received.

You can try but given they're asking for a PR, they would've already liaised with the carrier. It'd be pretty hard to overturn their decision to disregard the police report and deem a lost shipment.

Yeah might have been better to reach out to carrier first then amazon for no a possible no pr

Altho i did mention in my chat "hey i was told to message back if i didnt receive my item for a refund/replacement"

And the lady said "to process a refund we need a PR to move forward"

No mention of replacement. Anyways ill keep updating
