just got another email saying the same thing and that i cant get a refund. wtf

this is one slimy company. they said it cant be refunded as it has been delivered successfully like the last email. They also said that i shouldve just bought it in store lol. Should i go to paypal or try and get a senior staff member to put it through?

I have a transcript of the chat where the lady said she’d send it to the billing department to be refunded. Would that work?

Forward It to the rep who replied below, and ask him/her to justify the grounds on which the refund has not been processed - specifically addressing why It was approved and how the decision has been reversed.

Tried what you said. They just constantly said that theres nothing they can do futher and to contact my payment provider

They're totally Ignoring the fact that a refund was approved. Did you request an escalation at any point?
