How did it go ? Did they ask for a POP and what did you tell Dyson to state that the item was faulty ?

It is still in the progress till over two month - they investigage again with DHL now lets see what will happen
They were not needing a POP only call saying it smells liquid by using and suddendly not working they want repair it - i boxed it but they say that they never got the product so they have to invastigage.

Yeah true... i don't know if they get supicious or so, often DHL is reporting back that it is fraud i did ftid - yeah i know your opinion mothered
but it works so often. Yeah the thing is they took so long i don't know if i should continue to contact them because i already talked 5 times to them - they just find out that it is not delivierd and maybe they will go for legal consequences. Any suggestions?

The so-called FTID may Initially work (I've written that In my blog), however just because the claim Is approved, It may be over and done with by the company, but not the carrier. Ongoing Investigations by carriers do take place behind the scenes and If they Identify fraudulent activity, be prepared to face the consequences.
Unless an Insider Is Involved who can cover up all traces, It's not worth pursuing the method.

In the worst-case scenario, fraudulent behaviour was Identified due to label manipulation, thereby the company stated It would take the matter further with the relevant authorities.
