Just go and get PR, nothing scary there is no chace that they will do something, they just dont giv a fuck about packages

I called again explaining the situation an escaleted it so the rep says, it need 2-3 days for now.
I said why i need a PR when the package is not damaged and the rep before told me that is a production failure.
I don’t give up so need to penetrate.
Very interesting that they are doing so long about 300€ have an aged account with about 3-4 legit devices.
So it should be good.
Will update. @mothered there was a bug in the app to send back the item (worst case) but now it is possible.

Remain adamant about the PR - It's not warranted, and should not have been requested to begin with.

Police refused to give a PR, I informed apple of this but they kept pressing for a PR. I asked to move the case to a higher up and they then offered a replacement but cannot do a refund without PR. I’m assuming I can just return this replacement after a couple days and say it was an unwanted gift and get money back?

so am I right in saying with the AirPods EB method, the requirement is to say the apple box itself was empty and not the whole shipping box was empty?

With AirPods you say only the earbuds and charging case are missing, with the Watch only the face is missing.
