It's a different story If he's a private contractor/self employed who's servicing UPS.

Well guys, sorry for not letting you know, but there are no news. GoPro wrote me an email saying that the status is "delivered" (showing me UPS's file that says so)... I answered to that saying the usual stuff, that it doesnt prove that it was delivered direcly to me etc etc... but still no response from them. I think I might have to give them a call... What do you suggest?
