Supposedly wants to verify the signature of the document with that of the delivery note

It was a normal ups delivery.
I made a doodle and the package was handed to me. then I contacted customer service and they practically they confirm me the refund but they also asked me for the images

Is It your Identity document that you're referring to?

Is It your Identity document that you're referring to?

Yes, id card or Drive license to verify my signature

Edit:

Clarify that I am doing the EB method, so the signature thing doesn't make sense. and I think it will be better to avoid giving my id card

Ask them to justify why they require your ID card.

Have they also requested an image of your ID card to verify the signature?
