They're continually contradicting themselves and giving you false hopes with every communication.

We'll see what happens at the end of the week. If they continue with this nonsense, hit a chargeback.

I’ve reviewed your e-mail, and I understand you're concerned about the decision to close your account. While we realize issues with shipping and delivery can occur or you may not be completely satisfied with every item you purchase, the rate at which these incidences were reported to us on your account is considerable.

While I know you're disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the information you received is correct. The decision to close your account is a final one, and we aren’t able to consider further requests to reinstate it or issue anymore refunds.

Additionally, I checked the status of the ORDER: , you returned and it looks like we haven't received your return package yet. We won’t be able to offer any additional insight or action on this matter and any further inquiries won't receive a response.

Before that they say they received everything and no problems, DHL records also say that, I'll call infoline again tomorrow(Thanks to inquiries from Infoline, I got that ban removed, why they don't look so clueless) ,And it also confirms that I previously received a partial refund on this order. They say that they bypass the department ofm directly with the department in charge of transactions. If not, the charg will be issued on Monday.I don't think there's any point in writing anything in ofm. What they write is bullshit, but they don't listen to my arguments

PS:The account stays working

Yes, I did it all, I did it literally 15-20 times since I got an automatic message every time. Now I called infoline and they said the case is closed and they can't do anything since they are just a service department and I need to deal with the ofm. They are surprised at the fact that some of the money was returned to me and some was not given that everything was sent out together. They have already started making up fables that maybe someone at the dhl warehouse could have stolen some of the stuff and I need to write a police report. I told them the only people I could file a report on was their company. Since they originally claimed they got everything and no problems, but now they write such nonsense and literally ignore my facts and evidence. They left me no choice and I will go to my bank,Let's see what happens.I've never done a chargemaker before, but I'll just attach all the files and tell it like it is

Absolutely appalling.

You've been severely mistreated as a customer, and there's no excuse that can justify their behaviour towards you. Be sure to forward every point of communication to your bank. The evidence Is clearly In support of your claim.

Hi everyone, I'm still going on with my battle.
Update:

I haven't been here in a while. I received this message from
cb-info@amazon:
Good day! We would like to inform you that the issuing bank of the credit or debit card has revoked the transaction indicated below. To resolve this matter, please reply to this email and explain why you have revoked this charge (if your card was stolen, why did you ask etc., if you returned goods - send the settlement number - as I understood this standard message)

I answered them, in polite form that this is not an error, etc. and today I received the following message:

We received your email. We are currently working with your card issuer to resolve this dispute.
Card issuers usually resolve chargeback disputes within 30 days, but sometimes it can take longer. If you need more information or wish to cancel any disputes, please contact your card issuer

Initially I was happy and thought that my dispute has won and my bank will return my money, the payment was canceled, etc., but now it looks like I have to wait another 30 days? Do I need to send something and keep responding to their messages? Or should I just ignore them and wait for my bank to deal with them?

So you've said It's not an error that the bank revoked the chargeback?

If so, as per below, why Is the chargeback active?

I don't remember every event of your claim, so did you forward the above evidence to Amazon?

Yes, I told them that I had fulfilled my conditions and was just waiting for them to give me my funds back.

Then they responded with a second message that my bank had withdrawn the payment and they were now dealing with my bank and it could take up to 30 days.

I never sent them anything else or responded. The bank asked me a couple of questions this week, after which I received a message from Amazon. Since I have all the evidence on my part that I am right.

I did not ignore their message, as I have nothing to hide - so I politely replied to the message from Amazon

Thanks for the breakdown of all events.

They've said the chargeback may be resolved within 30 days, If not longer. If you haven't received a reply In 2-3 weeks time, get In touch with your bank to see where your claim stands.

I'd say It'll be sooner than that, particularly If you're In regular contact with your bank.

It'll serve as an Indirect reminder to speed things up.
