Update: I called the jb shop that processed my order and told them dna they got in contact with toll, toll got back to them saying the driver dropped off the package. Jb offered me a replacement i accepted and it should be coming in the next 2 days or next week, also few questions.
1.Since this is a double dip and I already claimed dna on the first package I plan on doing eb would that work?
2. Could I claim wrong item received since by replacing the airpods with wired ones?

I'd stick with the EB/missing Item method for the second dip.

So rep said he will look into it more and talk with the store so no we wait.
