Nope. Not heard back from them but guessing as it's a weekend that may be why. Will email them again if I've not had a reply by tomorrow afternoon.

May I ask how you contacted support? And also did they ask for the photos or did you attach them yourself with the first initial support ticket?
Spoke to them on livechat and then they requested I contact their customer care email with photos of the boxes etc and description of what was missing, that was only time that I had to contact them. It took less than a week after sending the pictures over to them.

Will do. Emailed them again today as I've not heard anything since the original email but still no reply as of yet. Will leave it a couple of days and see what happens.

Have again and still no reply. The only contact I've had so far has been from the rep in the phone and the email he sent me asking for the pictures.

Yup, I replied to the original message again but it's just the generic support email address. Today will be one week since I received a message.

Yeah phone call definitely seems the way to go with these. Had a quick call this morning and they just apologised and said are you happy to receive a refund and we'll send you an email. I'll update when/if I actually receive the email.
