I've been quoted, so I'll provide my experience.

I've had a good look online, but they're not available on the sites I purchase my seals.
I'll keep searching.

Thanks for answering!! I will keep looking too. It would probably be a gold rush if we find them.

They may not be available for sale, but I haven't given up hope.

I didn't have to break any seal. The packaging does have a flaw where you don't need to break the seal to access the content of the packaging.

Did you replace new headphones with refurbished ones ordering with the same site?

I didn’t put the item back or any weight substitute. Just took the item and accessories and shipped back. I didn’t broke the seal tho and the box is substantially heavy enough, but I don’t think the Bose warehouse that serve my country do cross weight or check returns weight to see if it match the initially shipping weight.

Fingers crossed they don't liaise with the carrier to check the weight recorded at their depot.

I hope so too! Did a guest order and they probably won't be able to get an authorization with the card issuer to recharge the item back to the original payment method, if ever they keep the full cc information once the refund is processed and it's been already quite some time. The damage is already done on their end and it's the warehouse fault to not doing their due diligence.

The upside Is, your claim Is active and heading In the right direction.

If complications are experienced further down the track, we'll tackle It accordingly.

Sorry, my wording was incorrect. The refund was already processed since a long time ago, almost upon deliver of the return. I was referring to if the merchant could rebill me which I doubt because it was a guest order with no account, but I am not sure if they would keep all billing info especially the card info. I haven't found anything on Mastercard's website that show a way for merchant to rebill or void a refund once processed. The only thing that I see that would allow them to rebill is If I had saved my payment methods and created an account which doesn't apply in my scenario.

If there's anything else I'll keep you guys updated. So far so good, received my money back a few weeks ago and nothing to report so far.

I don't know how it works, but despite you ordering as a guest, I think they still keep all the details, and most likely you also had to fill the form with name surname etc. of the card's owner. At the end they're not doing anything wrong keeping details about who bought what with whatever paying method.
