Hey so for your order you DNA a laptop from costco and then they said they would refund but never did and what did they sauy after for you to get a full refund you need a police report?

i saw that you just opted for a return but just wanted to know what costco wanted after the failed DNA

seemed like they had 1 person monitoring my case so I returned it and left it at that
