I got hit hard by Amazon last email, as I feared, the don't want to refund me although I sent the item back to them.
This is their email

Wait a sec...so they took the item in return from you. YOU RETURNED IT TO THEM And then NOW after taking it back they are refusing it's REFUND? Is that what they are doing I understand? Correct me if I misunderstood? o_O

Yeah, I forgot to mention that I contacted them to make sure they got the return since my account is blocked, I can't check the return process directly from Amazon website. They got my return 100% sure, they just don't want to refund me because they locked my other account. And what is even more dumb, they say "When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders from our store." But they closed both account at the same time and the order has been made 2 weeks prior the closure of both account.
They are literally telling me : "Hey we got your return but since we closed your other account, we're keeping your 1100€"
