If i'm honest i'm stumped. I was hoping you could help. I cant DNA because my family is clearly seen opening the door in the picture. Wrong Item method doesn't work. Empty box unlikely because they can simple call upon DHL. Are there any viable methods you have in mind?

Moncler sliders - 1.1kg weighted on the box. I sent a pair of other sliders elsewhere weighing the same and upon checking reviews alot of people have previously recieved the wrong item from them. However because these are legit wrong items received it probably works alot different

But when it comes to the cross checking the pictures at packaging stage thats were my 'legit claim' could be denied. Would live agents have time to cross check? Have you handled ssense before yourself?

Because mine is not legit? You have even said Wrong item method is out the window. I dont know whether to charge back now then or return and try PEB in a few weeks

My point to my previous post, Is given an Incorrect Item Is legitimately received, why would the claim be declined? They're at fault for picking & packing a different Item to what was originally ordered.
