The AirPods are in one, 2 items are in 1 and the other item is in another box. Should I claim DNA?(04-01-2022, 12:06 PM)A1.lds Wrote: I’ve just placed a £230 amazon order. I only want to SE the £180 AirPods. I might PEB it as there are 4 items in the order and claim the AirPods never came. I will place the curry’s order once I get the AirPods refundedSounds good. I assume they’ll be delivered at the same timeIf all packages are dropped off at the same time by the same driver, you can certainly DNA It. That's provided an OTP Is not required on delivery. I highly doubt It for AirPods, but just make sure of It. (04-02-2022, 05:15 AM)A1.lds Wrote: I’ll update you tomorrow. Please do. It says they won’t need a signature so I’ll DNA the AirPods then. But will they need an OTP Instead of a signature? For proof of delivery for the first delivery, they took a picture of my closed front door (no door number visible) with no picture of the package in the picture. For my AirPods and the the other items they took a picture of my door number on my closed front door - yet again no picture of the package. No OTP or signature was needed as they left the items in my porch They left a letter saying they left it in my porch since no one answered the door. Since there’s no proof, should I DNA everything or just the second package? They can take 100 photos If they like, It still doesn't change the fact that It was left unattended at your porch. Since there’s no proof, should I DNA everything? The letter means absolutely nothing. If all packages were left In the manner you've described, you can certainly DNA the lot.
