For Instance and as an example, DHL tend to reprint shipping labels when there's a discrepancy. In this case, a variation In color - before the Ink has a chance to completely disappear. I'm not suggesting It happens each and every time, but rather the possibility exists.

Canada Post is suppose to be a lock for this method, but obviously that only applies if you're in Canada lol
