I can finally conclude the saga of shit. I've confirmed that my computer is functioning without issue using my new PSU. I'm also pleased with the amount of noise my computer makes now. If I didn't use an aggressive fan curve for my components, my entire computer would be almost silent.
And thanks for the help. Even though your suggestions didn't directly end up fixing my problem, I was able to narrow it down and fix it with you guys' suggestions and feedback.
Just keep an eye on It for the next few days or so, just to make sure that the same Issue doesn't happen at the same time each day.

I should be busy enough to use my computer throughout the night. If I do end up having any issues, I'll update the thread.
