One week of them saying they haven't found it and I have to talk to the courier I used and me basically spamming them with all caps-locked emails about losing my phone and calling them insane since the tracking says delivered but in the end it worked somehow.

I will wait a few days to see if I am getting the refund on the main revolut, if not i will message them again.
It's the same return address and I got nothing to lose by trying anyway as I can just freeze the revolut cards to avoid rebilling then move to another card, amazon isnt profitable anyway unless all my ftids works, so far 3/5 have worked

I have just received a refund from Amazon for a DNA I did last week.
I won't disclose either the item or the cost of it, I will just say that the amount of money was moderately-hight.
I was expecting a more tough and long investigation process but after a couple of conversation via phone with Amazon's employee (10 min) and with the courier (3 minutes) I got my refund smoothly.
It's impressive how Amazon doesn't give a shit about possible frauds, they essentially have investigated nothing about my case, just issue a refund in time 0.
I wonder how many money Amazon earns to permit itself to behave in this manner without caring about these possible frauds (loss of package and so on). It must earn a huge amount of money daily.
