Calculate It by excluding the weekend and (If applicable), public holidays. 3 days at the minimum and 5 days at the most.

Do note that the funds may be In your account, but not "cleared" by your bank, thus Inaccessible until your merchant processes It on their end.

Exactly. 3-5 days holds only if you're not paid with the Amazon credit in your account, typically with that currency, they are really fast.
Otherwise, you have to take into account the delay of amazon plus your bank, which might leads you to 3-7 days.

Typically yes. In my cases I receive the email minutes after the conversation with the customer service agent.
Have you checked spam/trash folders etc?
