Do you have a "Bridged" or "NAT" connection from the Host (physical machine) to the Guest (virtual machine)?

You have It to "Host-only", meaning It exists solely on a private network, but cannot connect to external networks.

Select "Bridged", and choose your network adapter via the drop-down menu.
