Good, be sure to comply with their requests and keep sending corrupted files.

I'm hoping that the rep will eventually give In and offer a replacement. If not, the next course of action will be based on their reply pertaining to the corrupted files.
The rep asked me to post to a photo sharing site, should I comply? Or should I do something else? I was thinking that I could just misdirect him to a completely wrong imgur url and play it off like it's not my fault, or something along those lines.

Do exactly this, by simply changing a single character In the URL.

For Instance, the result In Imgur, will look like this:

Also, express your frustration In a firm yet polite manner, by saying that you're at a loss as to why they cannot view the files that're working perfectly fine on your end.

Is this email too much, should I keep rolling with the punches or what? My next email goes as follows, "I have screenshots of the website saying that it was successfully uploaded. I can view the album as I'm typing this. I am at a loss, I don't know what else I could do so you could see these photos. This is ridiculous... I can try another format but I doubt the outcome will be different. Is there any other way we could do this, I don't have time for this anymore."

Omit this part:

You don't want to give the Impression as though you're expecting a negative outcome, nor suggest that you won't comply with their requests. The rest Is fine.

I sent the email earlier today but haven't gotten a reply. What should I do in this situation? I was thinking about emailing him, saying that I need this laptop for work or something.

Under these circumstances, they're obligated to address the matter, so wait for their reply.

If you haven't heard anything In the next day or so, send them a friendly reminder.

You're very welcome.

I aim to exhaust every avenue to ensure a successful outcome. As with every SE, the process differs and must be taken one step at a time.
