I'm not entirely sure by reading this what your plan is. Would you purchase the larger TV of the same model from Amazon and then return the smaller, broken one you currently own?

I'm just wondering what you mean by this, as the wording has me a little confused is all.

Also, thank you for the rep! I appreciate it.
The one I own is completely different, same company though. I would buy a working model used of the smaller version of this new model and exchange that*.

I know this does not answer your question, but I've returned an empty box once to Amazon. There was supposed to be a quite heavy clothing item in there but the box was completely empty. I guess I was just lucky they didn't check the box and automatically refunded me.

- Apple TV Series 3 instead of Series 4
- Fake Airpods instead of real Airpods
- Fake iPad Pro instead of real iPad Pro
- I also bought a non-functional 65 "Samsung QLED TV on the internet at $ 150 and I bought the same model on Amazon at $ 1500, I reversed the serial numbers, refunds without any problem

the possibilities are limitless

You removed the serials and replaced them?
Do they not check what is returned in their inbound? Surely they scan the headphones and see they are fake as they don't register in their system or do you switch the serials on those as well?
