I have had great luck with sephora and Bloomingdales. You can also do Macy's.

DNA is always an option. For broken, I was thinking of just pouring some water over the packaging and take a photo of that to make it look like it's leaking. Would be grateful if someone could recommend what they'd go for.Are you referring to theperfumeshop site? did it work out for u? thanks in advance.

Wondering if anyone had success with any perfume/fragrance sites. I'm trying to do a perfume refund and I'm wondering which website would be best. I am from india.

Sephora is so easy to say bottle leaked on whole order or to DNA. Don't know if they are in India but the leaking/broken perfume bottle works at almost any retailer.
