I'm a trained precious metal smith with a Gemological degree; Thus capable of evaluating the worth of jewelry of just about any type. I repair computers for those smart enough to trust me with their data ("I will only look at what you want me to see. That's all I guarantee.")

In the last little while I've partnered up with an exciting young mind who can scrap every bit of a computer better than even I ever could, extracting worthwhile materials for scrapping and creating art. We've been using capacitors and copper wire to create Nerdcore earrings and necklaces. Next up is sterilizing rods of usable metal scrapped from circuit boards and vacuum sealing the freshness in, allowing for us to fashion, package, and ship tongue and eyebrow piercings all over the world.

We're also building custom entertainment systems that do not look anything like a computer or media player, but a sculpture kept near the TV that happens to give you an OS, internet connection, and various media formats, all on your television without having a stack of DVD, Blue-Ray, Fire Sticks, etc. interfering with your flow.

I forgot how nice it was to work with kids excited about what they're doing and willing to engage in new and innovative ideas. People my age are beaten, jaded, and basically fucked too hard by their jobs to give a crap about creativity in repurposed shit.

glad i realized that shit by 16. only 19 now but damn people can really fuck their lives over with certain jobs or schooling when they're not ready ;( props to you though that sounds like amazing opportunity! i wish you all the luck in the world with those ventures, and cant wait to try your sculpture hehe <3

When you wake up In the morning with a sickening and depressive feeling knowing you have to go to work, It's time to find another job.

I've experienced this many times during my working career.

I'm actually starting to feel this way about my current job.

I have no Interest whatsoever with the job Itself, and I'm seriously thinking about resigning.

Will you move on to another 'mindless' job to conserve your brainpower as you've said before, or do you think you'll take on something more intellectually stimulating?

Definitely a brain-dead job.

Unless It's IT-related, I don't have the Interest to generate any mental energy.
