idk what’s gonna happen because if they further investigate with the courier he’s gonna say he gave it in hand would there be a way to work around it if so and keep the item and phone
any idea how long you think ill be waiting for on a response

is there anything i can do to speed up the IR investigation without it looking suspicious or closing the investigation since i got a refund already just because in 2-3 months time if it were that long the price in the item will go down a bit, you think it’d be alright selling the phone now?

they said in chat that it needs to be handled by the internal team an that they will forward the issue saying they’ll email me within 12-24hrs
you think the courier could show up at my house?
also doesn’t that mean while the issue wasn’t put forward already that the team mightn’t have seen it after all or could’ve forgotten about it? idk i feel like i shouldn’t have said anything
