LV responds in US. Sometimes during holiday season you might get away with stuff though. Moncler responded to my SNAD years ago too.

I know this is not PayPal related, however just wanted to let you all know that FootAsylum in the UK is one of the easiest DNA's I've done.
Order placed two days ago, arrived today.
On the Live Chat and told them it never arrived.
2mins later, boom £700 refund.
One month aged account.
They used Amazon Shipping as the courier, but it made no difference the DNA.
