nothing directly it says it's reviewing the information but meta didn't send anything so it's dumb

nothing directly it says it's reviewing the information but meta didn't send anything so it's dumb

Yeah, that's a weird request from PP.
When I called them after filing my claim (I was worried about having picked a wrong category - I had gone for SNAD and wanted to change it to something like "refund agreed but not issued", I saw that as an option but the website was giving me an error when I tried to save the changes), the rep told me I had done everything more than right: right category (I received an empty box, that's the real problem => SNAD), tons of details and proofs provided by me...
I won the claim as soon as the time for Meta to reply run out.
