In case it’s for personal use, wouldn’t it be better to link a legit Facebook account to be more credible ?

You won't be able to use any Facebook account at all starting next month, plus i doubt they investigate at all

A slightly off-topic question I just thought of: Who is responsible if a thief steals the item while the item is being delivered (and maybe the theif replaces the item with some object of the same weight)?
What happens if the package receiptient claims that the package contains another object of the same weight. How can you even proof he is not lying?

It's been happening lately with amazon, who's mailing some of their customers claiming they sent back the wrong item, or an empty package, despite the customer saying otherwise
In this case, amazon refuses to refund the person, who's now without the item AND the money, and takes a big loss
Not sure if it happens on the way to you though, I guess that's when the "wrong item" method comes into play

So annoying paypal hasn't returned funds case should be closed by now
