Yes B&H was a fresh account. I did a $300 order there once before and had no issue so a $500 drone would probably work. You have a 30 day return window to do battle with them if it comes to that so go for it.

You mean asking to return an item you previously tried DNA and said you never got? Yes that's fine and will work.
Or do you mean request a return an empty envelope and then that fails and the 30 days is almost up and then just return the item normally? Yes that also will work.
Reps and department rarely communicate with each other anymore in a company. Most reps are so lazy they never read old chat transcripts.
Case in point: How many times have you gone to chat and it ask you to fill out name address and Order # and then you connect with a rep and the first fucking thing they ask without fail is "Can I have the order number?" SMH
Most are probably working remotely from home where they are multitasking with their OnlyFans account,

London drugs - 2800 CAD - DNA - LG OLED TV this was hilarious the delivery guy did most of the SE for me by saying in the delivery remarks that he gave the package to someone outside my house. All I had to do was call the store
and ask where my TV was. that someone is my dad. i felt bad though for the delivery guy i dont know if he got fired or pay for it. its weird coz the store(LD) told me to ask for chargeback in bnk said something they cnt
refund or some shit i cant remember. well dont mind my bnk is kinda weird too in a good way. my bnk is always doin instant chargeback. they dont want me to wait for the investigation. The thing was, they could have
charged me again if the investigation didn't work out in my favor, but it's happened more than 5 times and it always worked out for me

Wondering about Herman Miller. Don't they come and pick up the chair when you ask for a return? Did they provide you with a prepaid label?
I'm being skeptical about this because I can see, on the french store tho might depend, that they charge 59€ for it.
