I can confirm that Meta and Microsoft replies to my paypal claims. I had done those 2 succesfully on my main paypal account and they didn't reply. Now I did chargebacks on them on my other paypal account and they reply. In Europe this method is patched.

I have 2 disputes with Meta same PP acc and neither have been responded to. One of them Is ending tomorrow so lets see if I get my refund.

Same here.
They have replied to one of my four so far.
My second one is due tomorrow, so we'll see if they reply.
My only hope is that, whilst they are starting to reply, they don't have enough staff to respond to all of them so we can see the last ones through.
