Hey guys, Logitech got back to me, and they sent me this.

We're sorry for the delay. If all the troubleshooting steps failed to fix it, this is already a hardware issue and we can offer you a replacement if your device is still within warranty.
However, as per validating the serial number you provided, it shows that this is a G903 Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse .

What is P/N and M/N? I've only got S/N that too off mothered. I think mothered made a bit of a mistake and gave me a different s/n. It says in the email it was for a mouse rather than the headset. I don't really use a PC for gaming too. Is there anyway to recover this?
I may tell them I gave the s/n of the mouse as I couldn't find the s/n on the actual headset, as I didn't think it would make any difference. You know play the dumb card.

hahaha, you did a mistake, In the SE you said your headphone broke but serial matched with the MOUSE G903, Always check the serial on their website first before SE. anyways I think you need to start it over again with MOUSE or find the serial no for Headphone.
S/N = serial no.
P/N = Product no.
M/N = Manufacturing no. ( I guess)

The serial number generator works. My SE for G933 got through yesterday. There is a link on one of the threads. Look for it. Make sure you validate it on Logitech website first.
I think P/N changes depending on the color of your headset. Or it's M/N. I can't remember.

The serial is for the headset dude. Logitech are smoking too much and don't know whats going on
