I have, but I also have done refunds like 3 times on another acc and all were successful as well.

Is the address of the account also a determining factor? It makes sense that refunding from the same account multiple times is sketchy, but I am wondering if the same applies for the Name and Address that is used.

Yes, address and name does matter. If you refund again within a certain time period, your account will get flagged. If you do it again in that time period, CIS amazon will investigate your orders.

Here's an update: Just contacted Amazon and they told me they can't help me until I file a police report. I guess all I have to do now and do the police report online and wait for my case #?

I never got an email in 3 days like they told me they would do. I contacted again and they told me I need to get a police report. Where during all this do they give a form that I have to sign?

Question, I've done a refund before on my established account but I was looking to order a camera lens bundle that is under $800. Would it be possible to refund the bundle or should I just get the standalone lens? What would be the best reason for the refund? note: I live on a busy street and directly next to a family dollar. I was thinking of using the package never arrived, which i used to refund another item last year. Thanks for any help

Just to clarify, the standalone lens are cheaper and are just one of many from the bundle?
I'm not totally sure what the differences are as I don't know too much about cameras.
Your best reason for the refund is package not received. If you make the argument that you live next a business and a busy street, the Amazon Rep will eventually give in to the idea that the package was stolen.
You might have to sign a police case though.

yes the standalone lens is cheaper but the bundle comes with accessories for the lens along with a camera backpack. I also thought about ordering a second cheaper item and telling them, the lens was missing from the box when I opened it. Just wanted to mention something different from the last reason I used but the missing package method might seem more plausible.

You might have more luck with the missing component argument. The stolen package argument could work if you incorporate this has happened before and I need it urgently bc I have a shoot soon or whatever, be a little bit pushy as if your photography career depends on it.
