Yeah. I am still surprised they lasted how long they lasted, Logitech should be following the same soon, they've been poked around with for more than a year now aswell, for all sorts of crap.

Logitech already made their policies much tougher. They will now almost always ask for proof of destruction or video proof. Sad

Given they keep records of all form of contact, the way you end It Is Important. For example, If It's over the phone and you terminate the call whilst "you're" speaking (In the middle of "your" conversation), It seems significantly less obvious as opposed to ending It when the receiver Is communicating. This can also be applied to chat gateways.

You can then call/chat back and speak with a representative who's vulnerable to your request.

It was email unfortunately, but it's fine, I did get a few beforehand

You can still do the same.

Document one sentence/paragraph In completion and the other (sentence) cut off somewhere In the middle, therefore It'll be Interpreted as prematurely sent. When you email back (compose), the likely hood of getting the same representative twice Is not great. That aside, good to read you've already succeeded.
Interesting, I thought those cases were assigned to specific reps.

Specific reps doesn't mean you'll get the same rep.

If the email was generated through customer support (and not a dedicated representative's email address), any rep may respond.
