Ok I got an email back saying to troubleshoot and if not to send them a copy of my receipt, current address and number along with the serial number off the bottom of the speaker. Do I have to give them a receipt from amazon? And also how would I know if a serial number is new or used? I just got the message today, if you have any advice on my next move that’d be great!

Yes, you give them a fake receipt from Amazon. Just check around eBay or YouTube for serial numbers. I usually filter everything on like 5 months maximum.

Small update, I have received my speaker today. The packaging is high quality, you get the full retail box and the box is absolutely amazing. High quality stuff right here boys (and girls).

Dude that’s awesom!! Can’t wait to hopefully pull mine off. I’m stuck trying to find serial numbers. I went on YouTube and all the videos are a year to 2 years old. And on eBay I only found one used speaker. Sorta stuck until I find one

I was able to get a Serial Number for a RIVA Turbo X and I sent an email yesterday still waiting for them to reply.

Ok so update on my end I got an email back saying to provide my address, phone number, proof of purchase, and serial number. i sent everything including "proof of purchase" but no serial number because youtube videos all have over a year ago and im not sure if that would work. I also tried ebay and there was only one seller of a used speaker. Any advice or did i just play myself sending everything but SN, lol?
