It's working on my end.

I found that at times, I had to hit the Submit button a few times to generate the receipt. Try doing just that.

Yeah i tried that and also tried running as admin and normal. wonder if im just doing something wrong lol

This is incorrect. Lots of companies don't really check the order number and if they do, they still give the customer it's favor.

And If your SE Is formulated effectively, the non-existent order number simply comes down to an administrative Issue on their end. Their systems are only as accurate as the user who enters the data.

"Extract" the executable from the archive, obviously execute It, and hit the Submit button.
The generated file (receipt) will be In the same folder/directory as the tool.

I've tested It on three Individual systems (Inclusive of different Windows versions & editions), and the tool works fine.
Try It on another PC, or If you have an AV Installed, disable It's real-time detection/protection. It may well be your AV Is preventing the file from executing.

I'm pretty sure it's not the case, but maybe you should disable your antivirus and give it a try.
Post a screenshot of what you're doing and hide the personal information or just enter random information.

Ah, i got it working once, not sure why, thanks for the help but wouldn't want to waste your time, this is my fault I'll work it out, thanks so much for your help!
