If It does In fact work, It's simply a starting point for you.
SEing takes many months (years for some) of trial and error. When you're able to Identify, manipulate, circumvent and exploit the most secure entities and their personnel and keep doing that on a consistent basis, that's when you've basically mastered the art of social engineering.
