However they can say they weren't home and someone stole it, but you would have to provide that most of the time. Truly depends on where you live and how serious the css is that location. But 9/10 times they won't do anything other then mark that location/buyer as someone who tried to play the system, and require and signature for release of every box regardless of value From the UPS Supervisor friend, wasn't kidding. RE: UPS Investigation? - DarkMuse - 02-09-2017 I NEED AN UPDATE. IM IN TOO DEEP. Did OP get shot? Hit by an airplane? Arrested? Blown? I DONT FUCKING KNOW. I don't understand how and why they class an authorized signature for not receiving goods as an "Investigation". Sure, they may require It for Internal processing (replacement/refund), but that's where It's stops. Delivers get lost In transit all the time. If you claim the Item was not received, that's It. Period. RE: UPS Investigation? - Celeez - 02-09-2017 UPS never showed up. when the support contact line specifically scheduled a driver to be at my house at 3:00 pm I was here all day and nothing. not sure what the next move is RE: UPS Investigation? - FurryRock - 02-09-2017 Just forget about it, they obviously don't care. Going with the flow adds legitimacy to it. Probably implies that they need a quick and dirty solution to try and stop Social Engineers. Go with the flow and keep going if you got the balls. |
