Know that it's an off shoot of hardcore linux distributions, it's been bastardized to hell, contains a billion out of date bloatware tools, and gives people the false sense of being a hacker. To be a hacker, you MUST know a considerable amount of programming, and I'm not talking about python, but C and assembly. Kali gives people the impression that everything has a tool and you just need to find the right tool. That's not true, in many cases, you are the tool, or you need to make the tool.
