How can modern technology tell if it was forced? They can tell if something happened through a Rape Kit (Sexual Evidence Assault Kit) though 'evidence' can get damaged if they comb, bathe, etc. If they were able to tell if it was forced, why would they need that? If someone is drugged how would someone be able to explain it's forced, they could be thinking it's a dream or even completely unaware what's happening. Their body might be completely relaxed and there may not be a struggle.

I detest rape. I detest rapists. I would gladly go to jail for murdering someone who did that.

Do you know how many times a rape victim bathes that same day/night? They will bathe and scrub until their skin is raw, and sometimes bleeding. They want all "evidence" off and out of them. The problem is though, most legitimate rape isn't reported. They're fraudulent cases. The ones who actually are raped, usually keep it to themselves and they don't usually speak up, even if someone else is already prosecuting. There's also the chance that a random person slipped something into a drink then waited til they left to do things, as that is about the time the drugs would kick into effect. At the same point, many rapists come from people who have connections, whether it be their family is on the chief of police or they're a major influence in the city. So they'll turn it against the rape victim and the whole case may be overlooked.
