Turns out the thing is dead due to a logic board that controls the battery charging. You can fix it by removing the battery, but the battery is built into the system, and cannot be removed without disassembling it. They are utter trash, why would you go to the effort?

Is it worse than the alienware I had?

Don't get me wrong, it was better than anything else I've had, but it broke a lot.

I'd say that it is.

Just a warning: RAZER DOES BILL. I've seen it firsthand from a friend, they will collect if they find out you memed them. So somehow, make them not request the old one back, use a drop, or something. You're on thin ice. Be warned.

Anyway, it's pretty "easy", tell them you did not get the product or the product has been damaged or something, thy will replace it.

^ This pretty much works with every company.

Let us know how it went.

Infinitely worse. The Alienware you got had already been used 2-3 years.

Yeah, but I thought that razer had similar use. Can't imagine worse than the alienware, as much as I loved that machine when I first got it. I know the specs are different too but damn.

I will stick with my awesome little Lenovo then <3

I had the Razer just as long, but it spent most of the time on the shelf.
