When you say box, what should I do? I never tried box something
Based on you saying you already sent it, too late for that. Custom labels they have you print include a scan code that the package handler has to scan into the system which notifies the receiving company that the product is in transit.
It is highly unlikely your bullshiting them that way will work now.
