Not only long-term my friend, every heroin shot can result in an overdose or death. Certainly if it's badly cooked or wrong ingrediënts have been used.

Yes, that's a definite. You've made a good point regarding a bad batch of heroin.
I had a good friend (we're no longer In contact), who was on heroin and almost overdosed so many times. For all I know, he may well be dead now. Once the body becomes accustomed to It, It's a case of "one Is never enough and a thousand Is never too many".
