It would have been Visual Basic 6.
for something I'm not ashamed of, the 2nd is PHP.
Followed by JavaScript, C#... now C++ is my work in progress.

Lua -> C -> Java -> Javascript -> Python -> C++
Excluding bash / zsh, which was definitely my first.
Lua was for Garry's Mod shenanigans, C was when I actually wanted to learn programming, Java was for minecraft shenanigans, and then the rest have been for college classes.

Technically I tried to learn Visual Basic first. But since VB sucks (and I actually did not understand any of it), I'm going to say Python was my first programming language.
