What do you mean? You want to send back an item that you already had a refund for by claiming DNA? As soon as you say you found it you're gonna get charged for it again obviously, and you can't return an item from an order that's marked as refunded already, that's not how it work

Does it work if you send it to a amazon locker or post office to avoid OTP.

And then claim empty locker/ EB?
