Hackathon took place 6th-7th
My team did OK. Our frontend Dev ditched at the last second because of something work related, and some guy from China literally didn't do a thing, but we got a good interactive TOS with API Frankenstein thing up that does a pretty good job with the logic for parsing TOS', but the frontend was lacking because we basically just outputted the result into a Google Tree data model using Google's APIs. That was pretty much the extent of the frontend lol. Made it multilingual, so that was pretty cool. Most of the API created didn't make it in though cause we procrastinated the delivery and the guy submitting just couldn't put together everything on time.
Overall though, I learned a lot. Came in expecting lots of rails programming but ended up developing in the classic LAMP stack :/.
Overall 10/10 would do again, but next time get at least 4hours sleep. I skipped out on the next 3 days of school cause I was exhausted then ended up sick with a fever? Lol [emoji27]
