I've seen this happen to quite a few people. Has Skype support gotten less stingy about this or are they still improving?

Jacked another account using this method. Most of the time you'll have to try more than one time, because it really depends on what kinda agent you get. Some agents are: "NOOOOOOO" when you answer a question wrong, other ones are more like: "Oops, looks like you've answered that question wrong. Can you answer this question instead?". Just try, and eventually it'll work.

It worked, but it cost me a dollar because I was saying I would give a dollar to anyone to answer my survey questions, got his account but then he got it suspended before I could do any real damage

Not a good thing to pay for it. Just try. It doesn't matter if you need to try more than one time. Other agents are other chances! I've succesfully jacked 4 skype accounts with this method but at minimum I'd have to do it 2 times before it worked.
