Geo777, are you aware of the great benefits of using an IDE? It combines your code editor and compiler in one so all you have to do to compile and run a program is simply click a button. This would essentially solve all the problems you are currently experiencing. As I suggested in your other thread, give Code::Blocks a try. Very, very good IDE.
