There is, on kali it is a standard! I've worked with it before, it requires like in your explanation a nickname/email/location/.... and it finds and shows all possible connections it can on the web for you, all you need to do is refine your output and gather only the information that is truly related to your target. It has a nice gui and multiple ways of showing its results. It's called Matlego!
